What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Products  are delivered  through our  delivery partners.  However  heavy items, which are  to be delivered by  four wheeler can be delivered only after receipt of full payment including transportation charges.  Items  whose value  exceeds above   Rs.5000 not eligible for COD.

Local pick up  option is  available.  You can inspect and pay money at the counter at the time of taking delivery.  You are given  48 hours time to take delivery, if not  executed then  it is  deemed cancelled, and you cannot procure same product at price mentioned.  You cannot cancel more then three  orders a month.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, This is exclusively for Indians

How Long Will It Take To Get My Products?

With in 48 hours you will get your ordered product.   If you have selected local pickup then you have 48 hours to clear  delivery from the time of acceptance of your order.

You can pay by  credit card/ debit card / Bank transfer/ IMPS/ NEFT/ Cash payment at counter etc

How do I place an Order?

you can search for product,  range with in which it is available, and  look for  price, brand, and proximity and other advantageous parameters.  Place order from  which  you feel your  criteria  are met.  You will  receive message after acceptance by vendor about location of vendor. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel an order before it is accepted.  Once accepted you cannot cancel an order. Three cancellations per month is  allowed.  Exceeding this limit attract R.s 50 penalty per order

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes  you need an account to place an order.  

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track  by visiting  ” Track my order” menu

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return  products  with in 48 hours from the time of delivery.  Items  that you have been delivered in open condition  are not eligible for ‘ return’.    Only  close pack delivered products  with manufacturing defects / wrong shipment of goods / damaged at the time of delivery  are eligible for  ‘return’.
